The revised AAUW Bylaws are now available for download at the AAUW website. Delegates approved the complete restructuring of AAUW, effective July 1, 2009 at the June convention. The document includes a governance history of AAUW. There is also a memo detailing the mandatory bylaws amendments that will be needed for state and branch bylaws. The state and branch presidents should have received this memo.
